BOSS Encounters was founded in 2018 in Tulsa Oklahoma by Crystal Ifekoya. BOSS Encounters is a LLC company that is composed of Women Tech Experts.
The Founder
Crystal Ifekoya
Is a single Mother who was looking to make extra money. She started building website as a hobby! She wants to create opportunities for Women to make more revenue as she sees their daily struggles. She saw the problem for small business owners and startups as she had started and failed a business herself.
Our Leadership
The needs of small business owners and startups are business services so that they can focus on their business. Our products and services solve these problems for them. Business strategy sessions and website design is the number one priority for small business owners. We help to resolve this issue by offering an affordable and effective solution.

Yes, We schedule consultations for all design projects. The first hour is free. All consecutive meetings are $100/hr. You can book a consultation by clicking here.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Cashapp, and bank transfers. We invoice through PayPal.
Our turnaround times vary based on the project and client. Below are typical turnarounds. However your turnaround can be shorter or longer depending on the complexity and size of the project, and our communication.
Web Design – 2 week to 4 weeks
Logo Design – 1 week t0 4 weeks
Business Cards 1 week to 2 weeks
Layout Presentations – 1 week to 3 weeks
Signage – 1 week to 3 weeks
Facebook Integration – 1 week to 2 weeks
Customer Designs – varies
All requests will be processed and completed on a first come, first-served basis. On average designs are completed within 10 to 21 business days.
A 50% deposit is due to being designs and final payment is due within 3 business days of completion and before any designs are printed or released.
Yes. There is a quoted fee for expedited designing. This is not to be mistaken with rush shipping/delivery of printed designs. Rush shipping/delivery costs will vary based upon shipping delivery cost.
Yes. We offer business bundles. See our services page for full description of each package.
Refer a new client and upon completion of their design service you will receive 5% of services provided to customer. *We must be aware the referral before we meet with the client.
