About the Role

BOSS Encounters is seeking confident, self-motivated Remote Sales Representatives to promote and sell our monthly bundles, website packages, and small business support services. This flexible, commission-only role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, working independently, and helping entrepreneurs succeed.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Promote BOSS Encounters products and services to potential clients

  • Use branded scripts and materials to support sales conversations

  • Connect with leads via social media, email, phone, or local events

  • Guide prospects to complete purchases through our website or sales forms

  • Track leads and closed sales using a provided system

What We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable speaking with new people and promoting services

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills

  • Driven, organized, and goal-oriented

  • Basic familiarity with online tools (email, forms, social media platforms)

  • Sales or outreach experience is a plus but not required

Compensation

  • Commission-based: 10% per confirmed sale

  • Monthly bonus opportunities for high performers

  • Training, pitch materials, and support provided

  • Potential to grow into team lead roles or earn overrides on new reps you refer

About the Role

We’re hiring a skilled and creative Website Designer to build clean, functional, mobile-friendly websites for small business clients. You’ll work with our BOSS Encounters packages and complete projects based on standardized layouts or client-specific needs.

Project Types

  • One-page websites

  • Basic 3-5 page business websites

  • E-commerce and membership-based websites

What You’ll Do

  • Build websites in WordPress using Elementor, Spectra, or Kadence

  • Implement mobile optimization and basic SEO setup

  • Upload and format content provided by the client

  • Provide minor post-launch revisions (up to 1 round included)

Requirements

  • Experience designing WordPress websites

  • Knowledge of mobile responsiveness, plugin use, and customizer settings

  • Ability to follow provided branding or create simple layouts

  • Strong attention to detail and deadlines

Compensation

  • Paid per completed site based on tier:

    • One-Page Website: $100–$150

    • Basic Website: $200–$300

    • E-Commerce or Membership: $400–$600

  • Bonus opportunities for referrals, fast turnaround, or custom add-ons

About the Role

BOSS Encounters is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our administrative and digital marketing operations. This is a task-based role, ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and looking for flexible, remote work.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Schedule social media posts using Canva and Meta tools

  • Upload receipts to QuickBooks

  • Organize Google Drive folders and files

  • Send follow-up emails and manage simple outreach

  • Create and upload short reels from existing footage

  • Update website content or blog posts using WordPress

  • Format and distribute email newsletters using ConvertKit or Mailchimp

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, QuickBooks, WordPress, and social media platforms

  • Willingness to learn and take initiative

Compensation

  • Tasks are priced individually (starting at $5–$20 per task)

  • Bonuses for speed, accuracy, or reliability
